David Lee

David Lee is a junior at Interlake Math Club and has always been interested in science. He was a member of the 2nd place middle school team at NSB 2017. In high school, he has continued science bowl and participated in various other science competitions. David also pursues math, having qualified for the USA(J)MO 4 times. This is his third year teaching at SI in Biology and Physics.
Mahathi Mangipudi
Biology and Earth Science Teacher
Mahathi Mangipudi is a junior at Interlake High School. She is an avid debater and an environmental enthusiast. She represented the United States at the 2018 International Earth Science Olympiad in Thailand, where she earned a bronze medal in the ITFI and a silver medal qualifying individual score. She is a mentor and counselor for middle and high school students from around the country interested in STEM through the USESO Summer Programs. Mahathi has conducted independent research on various environmental issues and is currently researching at the University of Washington. Mahathi monitors local streams and restores habitats through a local environmental organization to help remedy the side effects of urbanization. She also teaches local elementary school students about the importance of environmental conservation. Mahathi loves writing spoken words and has performed her work at various conferences. When she isn’t found advocating for environmental sustainability, Mahathi can be found hiking, swimming, writing poetry and singing in a community choir.

Krish Jain is currently a sophomore at Redmond High School. His passion for math and science started early in middle school and he has participated in many competitions through high school including NSB and Science Olympiad. This is his second year teaching Chemistry at Science Infinity.
Ronak Jaisalmeria

Ronak Jaisalmeria is a sophomore at RHS. He is currently enrolled in AP Biology and AP chemistry. In freshman year, he qualified for USABO Semifinals and was 2nd place in Pacific Northwest Brain Bee along with NSB regionals. In 8th grade, he came 2nd in YBTC State and got second place in NSB regionals.
Hi! My name is Anirudh Iyer, and I’m a current senior at Nikola Tesla STEM High School, in Redmond. Growing up competing in math and science competitions, I quickly developed a passion for math and science. I’ve competed at various science fairs and competitions, including Science Bowl, Science Olympiad, etc. Recently, I was named a Finalist at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair, the world’s largest pre-collegiate science and engineering fair. I’ve been a Science Infinity Chemistry teacher for 2 years now, serving as the Vice President last year.
Arpit Ranasaria
Earth Science Teacher
Arpit Ranasaria is an experienced Earth Scientist, having studied it since 6th grade for science bowl. Additionally, he qualified twice for the United States Earth Science Olympiad Training Camp, qualified as an alternate to the international team, and will be a counselor there the upcoming year. He is an avid environmental enthusiast and absolutely loves teaching and spreading knowledge.

Mukil Shanmugam, is a senior at Redmond High School. He has been heavily involved in chemistry related extracurriculars for the last 4 years, including as an SI Chemistry teacher for the last 3 years and as the SI Chemistry president last year. In addition, last year he placed in the top 50 in the US National Chemistry Olympiad, and attended a selective summer research program for chemistry & material science (Garcia Program).
